I am a Midwest wife, mommy and sorority girl. I love my hubby and my girl Miss G., family and friends, thrift store shopping, my natural hair, watching tv, blogging, obsessed with glasses and I am a want-a-be Martha Stewart. Welcome to my busy but full filling life.
We took this step into marriage one year ago today. We continue to walk together through good times and bad. It has been a wonderful year of marriage and I have really been blessed. I pray for many more years, of walking through life together.
Hard to believe that I have been married for 7 months....it seems longer. Just kidding, it has been a good 7 months and I am looking forward to the next 70 years. That would put us both at 106 years old. I think that I can handle that.
Sara is a breath of fresh air. She is a funny, light-hearted, nurse, newlywed and military wife. I have enjoyed reading about her wedding and her life. Check out her blog and see what she is up to.
It has been 4 months. This picture shows one of our favorite things to do in the summer...eating ice cream. Unlike ice cream, my love for Mr. J will not melt away. That was mushy wasn't it?. Happy four months!!!
Sharing time with your mother is always a special time. That time is even more special in preparing for a wedding. Even though some of my wedding day is a blur..I do remember the time spent planning my wedding and the day of with my mom. I will remember that time always. It will always be special to me. Happy Mother's Day, Mom and to all the mom's out there.
Here a taste from my wedding. I am not going to show any of my professional photos yet, since my mom has not seen them. It was such a fun day and I really think that it shows in our photos.
